Oh Mare, How gorgeous. I am sleepless at 2am and decided to check email. Thank you for sending the absolutely lovely slideshow and chant to me. All was quiet in the dark night and the chant was
transporting. Thank you so much. May you take care of yourself happily today! C.

Morning, dear friend. Just a note regarding your experiment pushing this to the top. One way is indeed to change the publication date…. And that’ll work until your next post. If you make this post a ‘Sticky’ post this will stay on top of the page. Under Quick Edit the sticky check box is located next to “Status” field above the blue “Update” button.
Thanks for joining us at the NFN4Good Walk-in Clinic yesterday!

Thanks! Done. Understanding and learning are different. Learning (like this) is more fun.

  3. Lovely chant. I didn’t have time to listen to the entire thing but will probably return to do it when I need to center myself and find some calm. Nice find–thanks for sharing.

  4. This is beautiful–so calming. I’m coming back to this later tonight when I’ve finished my writing work of the day. If I listen to it in its entirety right now, I’d be so blissed out all my characters would be too cheerful to engage in any conflict!

I’m glad you like it! I did not know about the 5 rites so watchrf on YouTube. Looks very good! I meditate daily between 15 minutes and 1/2 hour. I also work out most days but get sloppy when I travel. Been working out for 20 years and don’t enjoy it like some do, but it sure makes a difference in energy level as well as emotional sense of well-being.

I replied from a different screen. I wonder if you will get them both.
